Who We Are |
Since established in February of 1996, WM Engineering Services, LLC (WMES) has been providing dependable and competent Mechanical Engineering and Fire Protection Engineering Consultation; along with Construction Management Services for Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and surrounded Pacific Region.
As a certified HUBZone Small Business firm, WMES pursued a variety of military, government and commercial projects, building a solid reputation of superior project management and design services.
WMES also provides construction management services and has completed several design contracts from Guam International Airport Authority (GIAA) and other projects from local government
WMES current local insurance provider is Takagi and Associates, Inc. as Guam's agent for Lloyd’s of London Underwriters. Our current Professional Liability Insurance is at $2 million for each claim and $2 million in the aggregate and we are rated “A”.

Our History
WMES produce quality work within the project schedule, and construction cost limitations of the project by partnering together with the Building Users, Joint Region Marianas Project Managers, Design Manager, and our A-E team.
