Having been born and raised on Guam, Mr. Miller has a unique understanding of the Islands and their culture. This advantage allows Mr. Miller to relate well to his clients and their needs. Mr. Miller has worked as an Engineer for the US Navy, Department of Defense on Guam and Hawaii from 1987 to 1992. Since then, Mr. Miller has worked in the private sector as a mechanical design engineer. He has worked on several projects for the Navy, Air force, Army Corp., and other federal and Local Government jobs on Guam, Saipan, Japan and Korea.

Mr. Notarte has worked with WM Engineering as a Senior Project Engineer for 16 years and started his career with Recofil Inc. (Phil), as a cadet engineer (trainee). Recofil Inc. represents “Reco” of San Antonio, Texas, an industrial refrigeration systems/ equipment’s manufacturer. He is assigned to assist in the design and installation of refrigeration systems for San Miguel Corp’s. Poultry processing plant. Systems installed included blast freezers, cold storage warehouse, and ice makers. Upon arrival in Guam, Mr. Notarte worked with LRA & Associate (1988-1999), a mechanical engineering consulting firm. As a mechanical designer/ draftsman (CADD), he has worked with various Gov’t., Military, and commercial/ residential projects. Such projects included the Outrigger Hotel (Shell), Seoul Regency Hotel, Tropicana Hotel (Charterhouse Condominiums), Asatdas Village Housing for Guam Housing Corp., Catholic Social services Offices & Housing for Guam Housing Complex, GCC Student Housing, Ghura Northern Regional Center, Ghura Swimming Pool, GIAA, Okkodo Dos Amantes Housing, Saipan Judicial Complex, Rota High School, Rota Health Cente,r and Kagman Elementary School. Since he started working with WM Engineering Services, Mr. Notarte has worked with several projects in Guam, Saipan, and Rota.
