Auditorium will seat 600 people and have raised rear seating, stage dressing room, and back stage, mezzanine above the back stage, bathrooms, AV booth, ticket booth and offices as provided on the architectural sketches. Construction for split type A/C in the studio/rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, concession rooms, and office areas, provide central A/C system for the stage, wings, auditorium, lobby, exhibit hallways areas, and projection booth, provide plumbing system to suit the architectural layout, and provide fire sprinkler system throughout the auditorium.

The project is to build various buildings as part of the Father Duenas Memorial School Master Plan. Areas include Master Plan, Sports Field with Restroom Facilities, Entry/Parking, Chapel (2,500 SF), Quadrangle building 2nd floor (11,000 SF), Sport Facilities including Tennis Court (2 ea) 50 meter swimming pool, and equipment storage. Provide mechanical construction documents for the Sport field restrooms, Chapel, and 2nd floor Quadrangle building. Design documents will include drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Gymnasium Repair and Upgrade HVAC & Plumbing, Southern High SchoolSanta Rita, Guam |
Design documents included drawings, cost estimate, calculations, and specifications for the renovation and upgrade. Work included Removal of the existing chilled water supply from the central loop, installation of new package air-cooled chiller dedicated to the Gymnasium, Provided a new DDC system for the building HVAC system, Fire Sprinkler Design Services, Modification of air distribution system to install new dedicated outdoor air units, repair, existing AHU's, and modify and repair existing duct work. Removal and replacement of existing supply and exhaust ventilators, Removal of existing hot water piping from central hot water plant and provided hot water system dedicated to the Gymnasium. Repair of plumbing piping, faucets, drains, and fixture, as required, including drinking fountains. Provided a new chiller water distribution system with modulating water flow through a primary secondary chilled water pump system and modulating 2-way valves at the AHU. Modified and repaired chilled water piping as required for proper operation.
