Capacity
WMES is comprised of: Principal Mechanical Engineer, Principal Mechanical/Fire Protection Engineer, four Senior Mechanical Engineers, CAD/REVIT Operators and three administrative personnel.
WMES is diverse in its capabilities to handle projects as small as a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar projects exceeding $150 million dollars.
- Our Principal Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Notarte, has over 20 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering on Guam and the CNMI. He has successfully completed various DoD projects in Japan and on Guam.
- Our Principal Mechanical/Fire Protection Engineer also has over 20 years of experience and also holds Professional Engineering licenses in Mechanical Engineering and is registered in Guam and the CNMI. He is intimately familiar with doing work with NAVFACMAR and the procedures performing and completing projects successfully.
- Our Engineers each have over 5-10 years of experience and are capable of fully developing design documents under the close supervision and direction of the Principal Mechanical Engineer of the company.

Sustainable Design
WMES and its Design Team members have extensive experience with the U.S. Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system and the requirement to achieve LEED Silver for new construction and EPACT 2005.
WMES has provided input, calculations and documentation related to energy and atmosphere, optimum energy performance (energy modelling), enhance refrigeration, water conservation, measure and verification plan, and increased ventilation.
WMES has often assisted in the development of establishing the LEED checklist to achieve LEED Silver rating as it relates to mechanical systems such as providing calculations and other supporting documents for the Energy and Atmosphere where most points can be obtained for Optimized Energy Performances modeling for the proposed building compared to the Base Building using T-700.
WMES has personnel on board that are LEED AP certified in building design and construction.
