WM Engineering Services (WMES) has been established since February of 1996 providing mechanical engineering and fire protection engineering consultation, along with construction management services for Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Island, and the surrounding Pacific region. It is the company’s goal to establish professional services with a customer-first attitude and a strong commitment to produce quality, cost-conscious work in a timely manner. We are a recognized small business HUBZONE company.

WMES has worked on several projects for the Department of Defense Marine, Army Reserve, Naval, and Air Force Bases on Guam, Japan, and Korea.  WMES has also completed various projects for federal and local governments, residential, and commercial facilities on Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, and the Pacific region.  The company is diverse in its capabilities to handle projects as small as a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar projects exceeding $150 million dollars. WMES is experienced with working on multiple projects simultaneously as demonstrated in our successful completion of work with several Design-Build Contractors selected for Multiple Award Construction Contracts such as 8a MACC, HUBZONE MACC, SB MACC, and AC MACC, which often involved small construction projects with short design time frames.   Design work includes renovation of existing facilities, additions to new facilities, verification of site conditions, identification of the facilities functionality and capacity of systems in place to support new requirements, and recommendations of upgrades or corrective actions required to support the project requirements.
